Frances works for Waikato Regional Council as a Pest Plant Officer in the West Coast-King Country area. She has been with the pest plant team for 10 years. Her work involves managing the control of and surveillance for high threat low incidence pest plants. In this role she has been involved in the Aotea sea spurge eradication programme and ongoing alligator weed control on the Waikato’s western coastline.
